Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

However, if the item is:

Cevran will cover the return shipping costs.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements outlined above, including being unused, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
